Can I register 2 persons on a single form?
No, each participant should complete his own registration form separately.
Can I register as Private person?
No. Only people representing companies that are FEDEMAC members or another approved association company can participate. For further details, please contact us via email, at [email protected]
How can I pay?
After you have registered, you have 5 working days to pay the participation fee. If you have not paid within the 5 working days, the registration will not be available anymore. The payment is to be made via bank transfer, according to the details on the website. Please note that only those who have paid will be mentioned on the Attendees List.
Is there a public listing of all the participants?
Yes, you can find the Participants List on our official website, just under the Registration tab.Only paid attendees will have access to this via a password.
What does the accommodation include?
You will benefit of a Single Standard Room at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin with breakfast included. The hotel is located, Just 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute stroll to St. Stephen’s Green, Clayton Hotel Burlington Road is the ideal base for your stay in Dublin.

In case I cannot come, can I change the person attending for the same price? Any deadline for changes?
Yes, you can change the name of the person attending for the same price. The person(s) must be an employee of the same company. The deadline for this date is the 28th of February 2022.
If I have registered and paid but I cannot come anymore, is it possible to change the name of the participant?
Yes, it’s possible until 28th of February 2022. The person must be an employee of the same company.
How do I get from Dublin Airport to The Clayton, Burlington Road?
Option 1: Aircoach departs up to every 15 minutes from the Airport and stops outside our front door. Journey time both to and from the airport is approximately 30 minutes. You can pre – book return tickets online on www.aircoach.ie
Option 2: a taxi from the airport typically costs €55 and takes 30 minutes but will vary with traffic. Please note all taxis take cash but not all will take credit cards, a dispatcher is available at the rank for assistance.
Uber does not operate taxi’s here in Ireland but there is a similar company called FREE NOW & their app can be downloaded on the App / Play store and used in the same way Uber works.
